that's not a paradox either. the man was erroneous in his exclusion of days. he expects he will be hung during the week; that's fine. comes to thursday night, he expects friday, so on thursday friday is excluded; that's also fine. but on wednesday he doesn't know if it will be thursday or friday. how do thursday and friday get excluded on wednesday? the fault is in his working back along. forecasted expectation =/= actual expectation. there is no possible **real** exclusion of any day only the friday on the thursday night
