Previous rule-
if you stalk or follow a person then it is lobby camping--
It means that if you join a game with me, then I ask you to leave and you do not leave, and i don't wanna play with you, then I will leave and remake.
Then if you join the new game that i made, you will get the lobby camping vio.
New rule-- as said by mods to me.

MODS please confirm the new rule. Because sending pms to me is not confirmation. Later you will deny it and change the rules and apply it differently for your friend. You will say that it was another mod.
So please confirm this rule. If this is the rule then I will follow it and same should be followed for everybody.
If the old rule stays then i will follow the old rule. But please confirm which is true.
also, what shenanigans said is correct; yona this isn't a rule where you can exclude whoever you like from your ranked games, because Sims said this only applies if Moderators had previously told the two parties in question to avoid each other
therefore there has to be a judgment passed down first from Moderators who find a valid reason where the two parties are harassing each other, otherwise you can just abuse this and tell anyone you don't like to leave
preventing people from joining games that someone else is in is stupid, especially in competitive nowadays now that there are a low amount of games available. if someone doesn't want to play with someone, leave it at making them remake. the other person can stay in that game or wait till the new game fills
judging by pranay's actions in the games we played together following the one where i called him an for abusing evilboobs when she was in the GY and couldn't defend herself against his abuse, i believe jeff and anna made the right call in telling us to avoid each other
in those following games he N1 killed me as Mafia, bussed me if we were on the same Mafia team, hammered on me if he was clear, tunnel led lynches on me from D1, CC'd my same role if on opposite teams, used extreme ate and wifom on clears to get me shot / lynched, etc. the list goes on
while it's true i will not harass pranay, it is untrue that he is indifferent to me as a player as stated above; so i believe jeff and anna made the correct ruling and i will be sure to follow it
in general anyway. it sounds like there was some specific mod requests in this situation for two players to avoid each other so I guess this could potentially be treated different
lobby camping is only supposed to apply if you have something to suggest that someone is specifically joining tables with you in them in an effort to antagonize you. if someone wants to play mafia and it's 4am server time and there's no other tables that have any chance of filling, no one has any right to force another player out if that player just wants to friggin play mafia.
this is pretty much saying it's okay to exclude so and so from games purely because you don't like them. that isn't right. it's just plain wrong. as someone who's been excluded from groups (whether it be hanging out or school work) throughout my years at school, I don't agree with this at all. not one bit.
to make myself clear since I might have been a little vague, I only feel like that since you were both warned to not play with each other by other mods. if neither of you were warned then yeah, she should have left to make it apparent she didn't want to play with you, but I think we're already past that

join the games first or host your own. i don't think it's fair that you get to kick someone out of a game because you were warned not to play with each other. as far as I'm concerned, whoever joined first should be the one to stay. that makes the most sense to me

It is not fair to keep me from playing a game with other players who are in the table just because some random guy is there first. I am indifferent to him.
I never harassed him, but he did. I posted several precedents that confirm the old rule.
if you have been warned to avoid each other before and you still join her games when she's there first, how is that fine? i don't think it's fair to her that she has to leave the game and you don't, especially since she was there first. at least that how I understand it, I'm on mobile and it's hard to read reports and games
it is lobby camping if someone goes out of their way to play with someone. read the judgement in this report. it is precedent. i believe ex admin sachy or some other great admin gave that judgement.
