So, basically, Bill's stance is that I can't play in the Comp lobby because he doesn't like me. Every time I enter a room, he leaves and everyone leaves with him leaving only me - and no one joins. What am I supposed to do?

I'm not lobby camping. That would require me antagonizing you. I want to play, and there's only one active room. I told you multiple times to just leave me alone and be civil. You refused and repeatedly told me to kill myself.

The room started emptying. I left when there were only about 2 or 3 left, and joined the room that was almost full.
