I'm going to hand this over to my second chair. When I get back, I'd like a word in the quarters with the honorable judge sims

And do you propose something else?

Yeah not gonna lie this is an absolutely garbage ruling. You can't give someone a GT vio when they have a perfectly reasonable explanation for their actions "because the person who won is their friend."
So he's already given his explanation as to why he was sure he was lynching mafia but because you know these two happen to be friends and he screwed up autowin you're positive he was throwing?
You want to lynch someone without knowing an autowin mechanic, fine. You don't know about an autowin mechanic and leave your vote on him by accident, sure. You can't have both. Thanks for letting me prove my point that much better.
"Was sure he was maf" does not prove your point. If he thinks the guy is maf, he can't be game throwing because he's trying to play to his wincon
I'm saying he wasn't.
But, like, he didn't know the autowin mechanic and left his vote on on purpose because it was the person he fossed
And it happened to be against a friend of his, someone he plays with regularly, skypes with, and would throw for. I'm glad we had this discussion, Goodbar.
Judge, bias. I ask he recuses himself from this case
So is not taking an autowin opportunity automatically throwing even if you're still genuinely attempting to lynch mafia?
He wasn't genuinely attempting to lynch mafia, so no.
What part of he was claiming lb all game and scum outplayed bs by ccing each other do you not get? It was reasonable to think bs was scum

Oh so you're legitimately arguing that he was actually intending to throw the game?

At the end of the day, Blister, let's ask where you stand with your leash.

I talked it over with Brad and we both agreed that you would and should know better, especially given that your friends were mafia. I can't help but feel disinclined to give you a third chance.
here's some points -
1.) i believed umi claimed bs and then nya was calling umi mafia. this interaction led me to believe they weren't partners 2.) jeffrey claimed last blue a few times 3.) i didn't understand the auto mechanic since i'd never been in that situation before 4.) i was sure he was maf and didn't want to prolong the game if i was just going to vote him anyway
4 is exactly what makes it throwing. You can't have 3 and 4. You want to lynch someone without knowing an autowin mechanic, fine. You don't know about an autowin mechanic and leave your vote on him by accident, sure. You can't have both. Thanks for letting me prove my point that much better.

"Should know better" doesn't prove intent. Humans commit errors, in the real world
True but it proves precedent - the same precedent that players are more inclined to argue when it comes to reports and appeals.
This was a silly statement. He showed no intent whatsoever. The guy he was voting had been claiming lb while there were two other bs claims. He didn't believe scum would cc each other. He didn't understand the auto and didn't have enough time with the chaos to figure out how it worked
You don't think his circlejerk wasn't intent enough?
