I mean, there's a logical argument for this being a throw, it's not like it's baseless. It's just that there's also a perfectly good explanation for how this isn't throwing and I don't think the contextual clues are strong enough to give a GT violation in this case.

We can argue this all you want. I've made my points and case. At the end of the day, I don't feel as though this is the wrong call and would've spoken to brad about it if I thought it was.
Blister is a formerly banned user who has OGI'd with people on skype and would throw for friends. If you don't believe that, that's fine. He's received two vios recently and hasn't been rebanned. You can't imply anyone on the team has a bias against him.
