I'm not sure how much coding skills lucid has, but I think there should simply be a way to show/not show gifs on your own, so people like lisheon can play properly, and people like arcbell aren't dissatisfied.

this idea I actually like. I don't mind seeing gifs on profiles and in forums (given if they are used in an appropriate manner) but seeing gifs in the comment section just bothers me. so yes, I do agree with this suggestion~
