Hello Sandboxers. Lucid is interested in making new roles, and I know you guys have a bunch of good ideas, so what I'd like to do is get a list of all of the best ideas in this thread and have a poll that you guys can vote on for lucid to make.

On an unrelated note, if you guys know of any bugs with existing roles, please PM me so I can test it out and forward it to lucid so they can get fixed

The EM equivalents of Werewolf roles

Seer - Detective
Villager - Villager
Spy - Invisible Man
Bodyguard - Trapper
Martyr - Bodyguard-can kill
Witch - Stalker+can not vote in werewolf meetings
Traitor - Traitor
Werewolf - Vanilla Mafia

seer was the merlin role that would know all mafia from the start of the game. If mafia guessed who they were at the end, town would automatically lose

bookman could be the icon for the seer role you were making 6 months back or so


seer is detective in werewolf.

also if you go to suggested roles and you look up "Illuminati" you'll see an icon similar

It looks like the icon for Illuminati (can see all whispers during th day)

This is why Muskratte's role icons aren't the best. xD There's not enough clarity as to what the role is, and between roles.

Runner (or whatever you can think of):

-Sided with the mafia
-Every night, chooses two people.
-The second person will receive system messages that the first person was supposed to receive.

Cowboy has the ability when to start the duel.

When he starts the duel a countdown will appear maybe 5 seconds.

whoever shoots first wins not ending the game though.

or just make him town for simplicity and just wins with town.

I personally think this could definitely be an option as a day action such as paralyzer and invisible man. For example, say someone claims bp during the day. As a day action, the hoarder takes the vest of the bp and perhaps gets the message "you received a vest!" during the night. I can definitely see this as a 1 time action unlike the thief who does not participate in mafia meetings yet can steal multiple times.

Basically i'm thinking a slight revision to this where it's a 1 time use action where the user can steal an item to a further extent than the thief where they can perhaps steal all the items they received such as 2+ bread or even the main action that is unique to their role such as oracle's crystal ball or bulletproof's vest.
