Hello Sandboxers. Lucid is interested in making new roles, and I know you guys have a bunch of good ideas, so what I'd like to do is get a list of all of the best ideas in this thread and have a poll that you guys can vote on for lucid to make.

On an unrelated note, if you guys know of any bugs with existing roles, please PM me so I can test it out and forward it to lucid so they can get fixed

As I posted before on the 5th page, here is my Riddler role (unrelated to Riddler's name):

Riddler:

- Each night, chooses one person.
- The next day, the target will see all messages appear to come from random people in the game.
- Does not attend mafia meetings.
- Sided with the mafia.

Although, I was thinking about changing it to

Riddler:

- Lists all of his role ideas.
- Lucid listens to these ideas and begins implementing them.
- Lucid then asks for more role ideas, but only from moderators (who rarely come to sandbox) or Riddler
- More of Riddler's roles are built, leaving everyone to question why this topic exists. If Lucid just wants role ideas from Riddler, then why not conduct the communication privately, instead of advertising a thread where "everyone's" role ideas are welcome.

Well, wouldn't it just be a strategy to kill the seer so it can't be guessed by the mafia?
why cant mafia just pick people from the grave yard
they could, but they'd see what the seers role on death
why doesnt seer just appear as vanilla villager or better yet choose a town role at the beginning to appear dead as

would fixing existing roles belong here since other threads are ignored

like making janitor wipe wills because wills defeat the point of janitor
or making siren survive if it guesses correctly because guessing killer just gets you killed
or making lyncher win based on majority votes so it can win on gov/gallis/tree
or differentiating between journalist's personal reports and role reports

Appearing as a random role is essentially turning any game into an actress/janitor game where no dead role is ever certain. If you want mafia to still be able to guess after Seer dies, it should be Blue.
