That's why we cycle them so people just don't dedicate themselves to the same setup. ×2 is just advertisement anyway.

The idea can be compared to something like LoL, where you are not always allowed to be carried by your favorite setup. This will take players into trying multiple setups and make em better all around.

Don't blame the game, blame the player.

Jaleb what you fail to realize is that those 2 setups can be droned down into a FP style of play.

A&V and B2NS are both setups that when they are ×2 people play them

There could also just be a fade of comp as some people play comp as they don't want to play bad setups. The ×2 setups we've been doing has brought people to start playing good setups and nobody is forcing themselves into comp.

People can play comp setups with red hearts and learn how to, you know, play mafia. Your assumption of just throwing them into gold heart games is a bad insult to this conversation. The goal of removing fp is to teach em's variety, not force comp.

I don't run in them. I was saying fancy pants is great for people who just want to join a quick game, and not sit around in a 25 minute game (yes they happen in fp but not as often) and pretend like they want to scumhunt.

There is a problem with a short game that on average can be boiled down to giving 1 player a 50% chance to lynch correctly. Especially when outside of that night actions benefit town more often than scum.

Paya it's not complicated. You pointfarmers claim you don't care about points, but you do care to be awarded for playing games even if they're short, unbalanced, and rarely require effort to win.

I've been on this site since '09 and I've probably only played around 2k games spread across competitive setups. You have nearly 3k games on the same townsided pointfarm and you're trying to claim it's a rewarding setup.

I never claimed anything, you don't get the point. Personally I don't even care about points get it? I just want to play this game without going through long games and watching people spamming same stuff over and over again.
