it's not exactly 10 seconds because i've posted like 15 seconds after the "10" second timer and it didn't let me post, it's actually like a 20 second timer. and yeah for some reason messages, profile and lobby chats won't reset the timer if you post before it ends, but forums. does idk what lucid smokes

yes, you do. i post at like 8 or 9 seconds and the message pops up and makes me wait 10 more seconds.

i could make a post in a thread, refresh the lobby for games, come back and browse two different sections, settle on a thread to post in, and be greeted with the "10 second timeout between posts" message after trying to post in said thread, which would then add 10 more seconds onto the counter. this is highly annoying.
