"barely staying within the bounds of the rules" the rules say absolutely nothing about up/downvoting on forum posts, so I'm not even close to breaking any rule. You yourself modded two reports within the last 12 hours that referenced forum votes and you specifically said it was not in the rules. If you, the moderator, did not know it was against the rules (which it isn't, per how they are written) how can you justify giving me a violation for the exact same thing 2 hours later without a verbal warning? You are obviously being vindictive.

Something is not a rule just because lucid has banned for it before. If you want it to be one, you should add it into the rules. Simple.

Let me make it a bit clearer so you stop trying to rule lawyer here. Either A, this is in fact a violation because Lucid has banned on this premise before, or B I'm giving you forum spam anyway because I'm bending the rules to give you a violation you deserve because you're obviously trying to be as big a troll as you can while just barely staying within the bounds of the rules, as evidenced by the fact that you literally asked me if you could spam neg my profile.

I didn't ask you for your mercy mist I asked you to enforce the rules as they are written, and not just make up rules without notice and give people violations for things they have been told multiple times (even by you) are not against the rules.

If you want mass negging against the rules, then write it into the rules. Otherwise you are just abusing your power.

It's pretty obvious you're rule scumming to the fullest extent, so I'm not going to merciful and take off your violation. You more than deserve it for trying to push your limits and be as annoying as possible.

And past reports on the exact same issue really don't mean much to me. Moderators can be wrong you know. Anyway, the first violation literally is a warning. You haven't received any punishment. There's your warning, Dibbun. Stop it.

In a couple of those reports, forum negging was referenced and I was still not given a violation. I should be verbally warned since obviously the rule has been changed without notice.
