the "easiest" way to sleep is to be physically tired, so working out will help with this
you can also induce sleeping by overeating (inducing a sleep coma) or consume caffeine about 4 hours before the time you wish to sleep so that you can ride on the caffeine crash. and of course, drinking warm milk works too
listening to relaxing "nature sounds" can work too
doing "the do" will also allow you to sleep
there's definitely more but those are what works for me
