Anthony is a good guy, an amazing player, and probably a good mod. However, I think it's important to enforce a no-tolerance approach on cheaters as mods.
@Rutab not worth responding to, 2/10 at most because justrec might agree with you

I for one, hate you.

the issue here, aside from strong-willed comp players trying to come to agreements, is that there are a finite number of strong-willed comp players out there and eventually you'd just run out of suitable candidates due to basic attrition

Oh, and I bet Kerry would be his co-admin off the books ;)
i wouldn't have banned shivv for his posting during that whole Hacking and as much as banning riotkiller was a great idea, i'd never have had it myself and wouldn't have said anything other than "well look what you've done, thanks a lot for ruining everyone's fun"
The cheater precedent has always been stupid, especially considering that people with multiple harassments and other community violations aren't barred from moderating.
So good job Jasper I'm proud of you

No, I honestly see it going like this:
A few weeks go by after you get admined and all is well, nothing notable
About a month in youre all like, used to being admin, and you get bored
Another month later you stop caring and turn all extreme Laexio and let the power get to your head
A few arguments in between I feel like you'd really go off, making yourself look horrible, and then you'd end up forum suspending people for being idiots, or banning them even
for real though could you imagine how fun the site would be if me and riotkiller were co-admins and both had to stick our admin keys in to get anything done
I feel like Connor would be an admin who would do whatever the hell he wants, like banning people on a whim

the romans got it right. epicmafia should have two admins with different viewpoints who don't like or trust one another but are capable of coming together when a sound argument is made. these two epicmafia consuls should be myself and riotkiller.
this may have been the most blatant sonseray plusbait of all time
lol training administration afraid of comp user that goes against the grain.

From a social aspect, well, who THE HELL CARES
a lot of people.
connor i think it's fair to say if you learned to play nice with people you don't like you'd have gotten modded again awhile ago.
playing nice isn't fun, and isn't worth being a mod over
heh, i respect that.
If you care about the social aspect of this site beyond forum personalities and seething disses, imho you suck

jasper didn't mod me because i railed on projectmatt. that's it. i was a straight and honest dude to him during the whole process and he was very impressed, while other mods at the time shut me down because "it was all fake". when those mods were gone, projectmatt turned against me because i didn't like his girlfriend. none of that has anything to do with any reports
Do you see what I mean about the social aspect superseding the game? Connor is the right choice for mod, from a gameplay aspect. From a social aspect, well, who THE HELL CARES
yeah and then all of the sudden you've got people being unwilling to stand up for something they believe in because it means a two hour long argument with connor that goes nowhere, and all of the sudden the integrity of the entire team is compromised because you can't expect every single mod to have the mental makeup to want to argue for 2 hours every night about doc jointing
That's why he should be admin.
except that he could be right about 95% of things and the other 5% would be a total sunk cost because he wouldn't be willing to listen to anyone so long as he believed he was right
which, let's be honest, is the attitude that made everyone turn on lucid

An admin who is one-sided about everything would not be a good admin
