hey mod team, don't sacrifice report quality just to get the count down. you should definitely be working on the reports as per usual rather than being like "damn this dude suicided, must be GRS"

here's how i feel: most of the mod team needs to be cut.
The issue is, who replaces them

mods get far too leeway nowadays and while it's nice to be sympathetic it's also inefficient to let them stagnate without punishment
i don't think the problem is worrying about filling slots again, it's just motivating the team in general. i get that everyone has lives but if you timed yourself and properly read through games you probably could do 60 reports in 45 minutes alone
imagine if all mods did 60 on a daily basis, this problem wouldn't exist lol
imagine if every mod was on adderall, like me, they would be able to do a lot more reports in less time

the 60 report quota needs to be enforced harder, even if you have to ring me or dan to pick up the slack

me and dan are talking about how it's staggering with 15 mods they still cant meet the 60 report quota even when math shows that 60 reports divided by the amount of mods (15) would require only 4 reports per individual to meet the quota equally
which is staggering
Agree
Also where's Dan let's get Dan up in here

Also wake I know you want to be helpful but new mods wouldn't really be of help in attempting to get a really high report count down in a short amount of time
Meh, well I just really want to be a bit of help is all! Is there any specific deadline for the team?
