difficult because it requires you to replace the mod. those who would make good mods are fewer than you would imagine, and often unwilling to do so because they know what it entails, which results in a lot being drawn from the B or C pools
isn't account sharing w/ any user as mod against mod code
like how hard is it to follow orders
and also how hard is it to follow thru w/ demodding someone who doesn't follow these orders

The fact that no one will demod you is irrelevant, Kino. A good mod would have apologized and gone down with grace, and maybe they would have been forgiven later on.

I don't understand what makes people desperately cling to power when the entire site would appreciate it if they stepped down gracefully. What is so fun about modding EM that you will do it even if no one thinks you should be allowed to?

And so you cant punish an user with a new rule that happened when the old rules were the worthy ones. At the very least, I insist you go ban every other user that has received HC 3rd during the last few months which im positive you havent.
You and your friends just dont like SD and thats ok, it happens, i'll even publicly admit that the violations he received that day were well deserved, but you cant abuse your powers and change the rules to keep him out.
they were changed it just wasn't expressed on the rules pae. it should pretty much be assumed that if ur nto allowed to comment somewhere ur nto allowed to comment tho but since it's apparently not the rules are changed to express it, and because it's not really relevant for most people since most people don't use the chatbox. and ya basically.

the change of rules werent set in stone yet until the rules were updated in-site or at least by leaving a comment in the news section, and so its still an unfair ban. Are you also gonna chatban every other person that has gotten to their 3rd HC vio in the last "months"? Even if you did it still wouldnt be fair, but its a start, so please go do this.
You did share with banned user Eris, according to you it was just one time and only for a handful of reports, but it is still something that happened.

i believe what was meant was the user is now banned.
if i shared with a banned user i'd have been banned from the site.
sd being chatbanned was because that's what we decided (months? ago) happens when you're comment/forum banned since it's just comment wall but faster. it's just miscommunication because i don't think jasper was around that time
