they were changed it just wasn't expressed on the rules pae. it should pretty much be assumed that if ur nto allowed to comment somewhere ur nto allowed to comment tho but since it's apparently not the rules are changed to express it, and because it's not really relevant for most people since most people don't use the chatbox. and ya basically.

I don't think there's any excuse for a mod to account share with any user, yet alone a banned user.
But it would be a bit weird to demod someone for actions that took place some time ago and have been known for some time now too, when the admin of the time then decided it was not worth demodding her over. It's not like it just got out in the open.
So for now the thread feels a bit like 'old news' to me...

i know it's tough finding replacement mods but i'm sure there are a ton of good candidates who've turned in apps but haven't been selected and i think as soon as the mod team finds a few good replacements, kino should go

i was fine with kino and for a time she was one of my favourite mods and my go to. but the issues started with the account sharing thing, various abuses of power and the like, and i just refuse to stand to have a mod like this.

post-facto punishments have always been outlawed, actually. if this happened, i'd be pretty p-ed


well it is what happened. user was forum/game/comments suspended for HC3 for 24 hours, and then two days later he was chatbanned for no reason. Lobby owner also unbanned him, but kino kept banning him
