they were changed it just wasn't expressed on the rules pae. it should pretty much be assumed that if ur nto allowed to comment somewhere ur nto allowed to comment tho but since it's apparently not the rules are changed to express it, and because it's not really relevant for most people since most people don't use the chatbox. and ya basically.

well it is what happened. user was forum/game/comments suspended for HC3 for 24 hours, and then two days later he was chatbanned for no reason. Lobby owner also unbanned him, but kino kept banning him
