So I just watched 'Spirited Away' for the first time ever and I loved it (so cliche, I know).

I want more.

I came here because like 50% of avi's are anime. I am officially bandwagoning this unhealthy obsession.

Post good anime movies/series in the comments below because I need to fufill this new found hunger. Please specify whether it is:

  • a movie or a series

  • the genre (if that even exists)

  • give it a rating out of 10

Deeepeeeends whatcha into...most animes are still in the progress of finishing, so you should totally read the manga first THEN watch the anime because the manga is usually ahead.

Suggestions:

Tokyo Ghoul

Attack on Titan (because everyone knows this)

Sword Art Online/Gun Gale Online (don't bother watching Alfhiem Online.)

READ Inu x Boku SS FIRST (If you're a girl, you'll love it rather than just like it.)

Fairy Tale (because why not.)

Durarara (yep)

Kill la Kill (mayhaps...)

Try Foyle's War. Not anime, but a great TV show nonetheless! If the fact that it is not a Japanese cartoon puts you off, then I really urge you to open your mind a little bit; there's a whole world of entertainment possibilities out there.
