i got one of those memory foam cooling pillows for like 25bucks and its honestly the best thing sleeping on regular pillows now is sad and uncomfortable
is it just me but when i sleep i dont want someone next to me, not even a body pillow
body pillows are good i hug mine when i go to bed and it makes me feel safe/helps me sleep

i briefly flirted w/ the idea of getting a king but realized a bigger bed would just encourage more sleep kicking
