Yup. It is. I have many things to talk about, some worse than others. I'm not gonna make a long intro so let's begin:
1.) Doing this last investigation made me realize how much I don't want to mod anymore. I am beginning a lot of cool IRL stuff and don't ever want to put this much time into anything on a game website ever again. It was tiring and I knew no matter what we would get crap from our decision. It's almost like a chore.
2.) Moderator attitude sucks. Mod chat is an absolute disgrace on Skype. It is a huge orgy where literally nothing serious is spoken about 95% of the time. Oh yeah, and let me also say that jericho posted a **** picture and kino half naked pictures of herself. I do not wish to take part in any such thing, especially since it's supoosed to be moderator chat.
3.) Vancy let too many people mod that shouldn't be mods. Jericho did cheat. Yes, there are chat logs being withheld by a third party for reasons I do not know.
4.) Kino isn't necessarily a bad person, but she is the most unprofessional mod I have ever seen. She posted all that crap, and even account shared with banned users/people who weren't mods. It is totally unacceptable and she never should have been modded.
5 has been removed for personal reasons
6.) I've been feeling ostracized from the rest of the team a lot lately. I normally have different views than a lot of the mod team, but when I voiced my opinion on numerous occasions, I was yelled at by some of my fellow mods for "overreacting" or "not being a team player" etc.
7.) There is more leaking going on and I am getting tired of not being able to trust most of my team members.
To sum this up, I am generally unhappy being a mod and I am probably going to get slammed by Jasper for not talking to him about this stuff first, but everyone needs a wake up call. Jasper is a really great guy and I think you all should give him more of a chance to prove himself. He has so much potential.
Personal shout out to Ucklar for being on the team for so long, it's really hard to do.
Also, Jasper, please look for cheating mods to replace me, thanks!
Thanks, community for dealing with my sarcastic posts all the time. I really had the community in mind at all times when it got serious. I promise you I never tried anything against you all on purpose. Leaving modding now is the best decision for me and the site at this point.
On a socially based game where modding is based on chat, "circlejerking"--or at least having fun--is rather unavoidable and it'd be silly to say "no" to it.
I used to do that with Dan when he first started posting. Then I realized he was a pretty likeable dude and that he did actually bring up a few good points here and there.

idk man, i never did it to you intentionally, but then you started making it a thing, soo i started making it a thing. frankly, i thought we were falling into a deep love affair. but i guess some things aren't meant to be ;-;
i speak for all the mods when i say that if you are not a vet or someone with a recognizable username, your posts get unread or viciously made fun of.

I have to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the present situation. I hardly believe that all those things you have stated are completely true but I think I do. It's totally unprofessional and it's also a shame that all those things, modding former cheaters, cheating while being a mod or even being accused of not being a team member while trying to do your best for this site. I do not totally agree with the "rough words" my fellow mates have said because demodding everyone would be rather bad for this site, and honestly, I doubt you'll ever find someone that will be liked by the entire community. That's why I think some people should be less hostile to the current modding team and let them do their best.
First of all, I think people are mostly mad or angry on some of the mods due to their decision making. I really doubt that they are just sad because of their way of being or other person stuff. Even worse, it's pretty bad to judge someone based on their hammering / scumhunting skill. I saw numerous people saying that someone is bad and he/she should not be a mod because she/he sucks at this game or "who dafuq has ever heard of that person". Their are many timezones and I have no idea if all the mods are us citizens or even Europeans , I don't know if there is a policy regarding their provenience either.
Secondly, I strongly believe that the mods who actually do cheat, should resign immediately if there are any cases, but I mostly doubt that there are indeed mods who actually cheat while being in this position( no offense, but it's extremely pathetic to cheat on an online game: you make the experience worse over all and you make the destroy the other's pleasure). If they did cheat in the past but they no longer do it, it should be fine fmpov.
Alright I'm going to refrain for awhile from posting in this topic since it's 2much4me2keepupwith. I'll probably have a mod app sent in either tonight or tomorrow morning that will likely be ignored and/or trashed. Fun times.
