Don't restart the round

Don't do it. I know this is dead hour and mods have already made the decision on whether or not to, but restarting the round is a bad idea. Who does it benefit? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only people it would benefit are Jericho and Riotkiller. Now, correct me if I'm wrong again, but I think Jericho would not run if manhunt was decomped (which it would be) and I don't think Riot would have the motivation of running another 10 days on Jan 2.0.

End this horrible round?

However, we feel that resetting the round when no individual games were comprised (like they would be in a round where someone had cheated), but instead were refunded, that resetting the round would only cause more dissatisfaction to other players.
