If someone says kill yourself in an argument or in the heat of the moment its not a violation. If its said in order to harass and make someone feel terrible then its harassment.
Germpot, this is a well established precedent. "kill urself" when said as an insult or an attack is harassment period. Don't think of it as injustice think of it as policy. Mods basically have to vio for it even if they don't feel personally it deserves a vio.
Jesus, I remember when trash talk was a part of the game... Some of the I've seen people get upset about on this website is absolutely insane. Before two months ago, I was never even threatened with a report about harassment; what the happened to this community?

the sensible thing to do as a person with moral standards is to not wish death on someone based on the outcome of a internet based mafia game, in my professional opinion
