Germpot. As it has already been pointed out to you makng a comment like towards someone you don't know can be a very offensive thing. Given the context, I personally don't agree with that because you have no idea what someone's going through. Remember the saying; "Sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me"? Well, for some people that's not always the case. Now, I feel you're being childish about how you were dealt with. Maybe take a day or two break from EM. Let cooler heads prevail.

I find it really offensive when people say that to me because 90% of the times I kill myself.

actually, another factor is if the person is actually offended or not. i've seen a few reports filed for harassment that got no vio because the person who reported was not offended, and just trying to land a violation on them. so i have no idea. it just depends on the report.

Depends on context, but in most cases yes - because each player is an individual irl and you never know the effects of a comment like that on them.

yes

it used to be an auto violation but now it depends on the context, if its just once and it isn't followed by a bunch of swearing and other harassment i don't really think its vio worthy. everyone has their own view on it, though. if i reported everytime i got one "kill yourself" after a mishammer, a lot of people would have violations

so to answer your question: maybe
