I dont get it, for comp I get limiting the yellow hearts to 5 a day.
but for simple ranked games, you can go through 10 red hearts in 2 hours if you wanted, especially in fancy pants games with idiot town. I think we should increase the red hearts from +10/20 to +15/30 if not more.
I dont see the harm in letting people play more games.
red hearts are what caused the quality of play to go crappy. back when it was 5 hearts per day people played with 5x the effort to not waste them. i think we should reverse the amount of hearts back to 5.

So let lucid introduce an option where users can buy more red hearts per day. Turn it into a candy crush business model.
i just wish there is a way to play ranked without lots of trolls/horrible players in it, it completely ruins the game and gives me losses, i practically need to join a competitive game to get a serious town now
You are given a free alt plus 3 more alts eachs 20 tokens a piece. That would make up for your limited number of games on one account.

I think it's simply a matter of learning how to save your hearts. Not only is there the option of playing unranked (and there are more setups available than fp and classic, which suck when played unranked anyway), but there are other lobbies as well: Sandbox, Games, Survivor. I'm surprised by people who blow through their hearts that quickly, it's one thing if you're winning all your games, but if you're on a losing streak, then why are you still playing anyway? Take a break?

No. If you must play more ranked games, create an alt. that's 20-40 red hearts total.
Getting points fast is kind of stupid in my opinion. If you want to play the ranked setups, you can easily play it in unranked. I think that the ranked hearts should actually be reduced to 5.

Whats the harm in letting the players who want to play more "higher quality" games play more games? What is the point of bottlenecking red hearts like it is now, when it has no tangible impact (getting a trophy).

Sure, but is there that much harm in 5 more hearts a day spread out over a 2 day period?
Idk. What if it's such that you can't gain an extra 10 unless you have a full 20?

it wouldn't work because of the points system and i think 10 hearts is more than enough because of that reason because you're potentially earning 500-600 points a day just off red hearts
although i understand that playing unranked isn't necessarily a solution to this because unranked is a very different environment but it would be cool if there was a way that you could play red heart games without gaining points whilst all the ranked rules still applied to prevent trolling/gting or whatever for people that just have a love of playing the game seriously
