when lucid did the stat split, people with over 10K points had all of their points moved to comp lobby, and anyone under had them in Training. Since Training Lobby was changed to Main Lobby, anyone with over 10K points had to start fresh.

You'll need to get 1.5K points on every account you want to use in main lobby games before being able to play competitive.
