IC doesn't affect game activity in the slightest. Stop posting if you don't know what buttons you're hitting.

If you were to play games in competitive lobby, there would usually be at least one Edark or Shivv spamming and insulting everyone for every single thing that would happen in games.

In the current games I rarely see anyone playing as harsh as them. This might mean the amount of decent players have decreased, but at least it also means it's a lot easier and more relaxed to be actually able to play.
