My stance is my stance, like it or hate it but it's what I think and people are getting away with too much now. Also, mods don't really refund anything anymore either due to baseless assumptions of what a player was 'trying to do'. Anyone can tell a lie, what happened happened and if you believe their story then fine but that's not what determining refunds should come down to, imo

New players rarely screw things up for me. Old players who should know better do. I have a name for people who do really dumb stuff like that. It's called "Bad Players".
in almost every game I play some new player screws something up that would never happen in comp lobby because they clearly haven't played enough games to come into a competition knowing what they're doing. they shouls play more red heart before gold heart. And don't tell me red heart won't fill if it's not one of the terrible three (yes I am making a terrible three--Classic, Fancy Pants, and Guns N' Hookers), because anything fills if they try hard enough. We have to try to fill a comped setup sometimes; it's no different.
Edit: Mods can't choose to plus by one so I removed this comment
I never said anything about 24 hours, stop putting words into my mouth tyvm. It would be more like warning warning 1 hour 12 hour or something and it would only count towards 8 vios if it was their third or fourth
And they wouldn't always get it, sometimes it would be isp or w/e. This would only be for new players who screw up something that anyone and everyone in competitive games should know

It's not like anything actually gets refunded these days. GT or not.
These gamethrowers ruin all the fun, then they just pretend like it was a mistake and get no vio. Comp lobby needs to enforce the new rule "Unintentional Gamethrowing".
This is true apart from everything else he's talking about
