lucid is supposed to be here this weekend, the governor glitch makes it really hard to discern what is exactly going on in games and that it can also be abused. i don't think it will be terrible that people can't play governor setups for a day or two.

It's always been like this. Just make a lobby announcement that glitch abuse leads to a suspension/refund and make it harsh like a full day suspension
