every time i try to write some advice it comes off like i'm typing to a dude, but you don't need to focus on one or two body parts a day if you arent bodybuilding or trying to tack on some serious muscle, and if you want to bulk up and gain some weight do it safely

i did like 10 with 5 pound weights on each side but i was scared to fall on my so i made my friend stand right behind me. soon i'll do it without fear alone!!
You need to put more weight on.
Tay, please do not put more weight on. Gradually build up your resistance to the weight or else you are going to hurt yourself and extend recovery time between workouts. Ty.

My diet is eat as much as possible of everything you see, actually.
i want to look hot so i can get english guys w/ hot accents and meet sexy guys as ur plus one
You should pick a day and focus on one area for that day instead of all in one :) It will be easier and you'll get ur rest days when u need them focusing on something new
also do the squat challenge. It gets easier and easier!
