If you mean run away from home, the consequences are usually far greater than you imagine. The responsibility usually isn't one young people are ready to endure, or if it's from a lover it's better to be straightforward about leaving them. I don't know your situation so I can't render a verdict for or against it, but without knowing anything I'd lean no.
If you mean like, "should I run away from Jason Vorhees" then absolutely not. The faster you run the quicker he catches you.
If you mean, "should I run over there" then yeah, exercise is good for you.
