Hello Phil

Long time no see. A lot of stuff happened back then, and I don't expect forgiveness or your respect. I made some mistakes, as did Arcbell, and our feuding was bad for everyone else. I took a long break from the internet and focussed on more important things in my life. I wouldn't say I'm a changed person, but I've found more important things to be passionate about now. I wouldn't mind coming back as a casual player now, though. Would you be alright with that? I can understand if not, and I don't feel like being an Abc and constantly evading as I know how boring that was to deal with.

You will have to write a public apology explaining your actions and your malicious attempts to shut down the site if you want to ever set foot on epicmafia again. Fruitoftheloom as well. Otherwise I'd recommend just sticking with what is more 'important' in life for you and forgetting about the site altogether.

I don't know anything about Fruitoftheloom or what she did. I also have zero desire to moderate or anything like that.

As for my actions, I believed Arcbell was deliberately trying to moderate people I consider to be pedophiles (not naming names), which he did later confirm were his intentions. I didn't believe you would stop him, which I was wrong about, sadly. I didn't want to see all those years of love get ruined by putting people in positions of power and believed that going 'nuclear' was the only way to get anything done.

I should have chosen a better route to air my grievances, and I'm sorry about that. I was rash and immature.

Let Riotkiller back on the site?

Riot poses no danger to the site, there's no "fooling him twice".

Riot can't get AdSense to block revenue anymore. That trick is gone. I really doubt Riot is going to go full RedNose or whoever used to do it and start DDoSing the site, I think he has more of a life than that. After that I think it's pretty safe to say Riot is never going to be a mod or admin again.

The WORST that can happen is that Riot gets himself banned like any other banned user-through offensive posts or game violations. He poses 0 threat to the site.

Not that the kind of "eye for an eye" thinking you're suggesting is a good idea to begin with, but you know.

To be honest, I wasn't under the impression that you were angry. If the email brought the anger on, then perhaps you already have your answer. If this is the case, then maybe you could benefit from having a chat with Mikalis and taking it from there.

They haven't been in close contact for some time, lucid. i dont think they are skype buddies anymore. Mikalis has drifted away. relationships die over time

Which I'm inclined to believe will be a no, so if anything that's my answer. If it's the opposite, then by all means let him back in


Steven is on point here.

Lucid, it's your site and you have the final say on who is allowed to be here and who isn't. If you think Riot is capable of doing something like that again (or worse) then don't let him back. If you think he's being genuine and will reform then let him back.

remember what happened when we gave petricigy a second chance, he hijacked a mods account and mass banned every1. now petricigy is off the site and hes probably a better person now. let mikalis begone.

I mean, what Riot did was obviously pretty unacceptable to you and the site, but as long as he's sincere (And you can keep an eye on him in case he's not) forgiveness might be a virtue here.

We have let much worse back on the site before, someone worth calling the cops on, who was not only an open-and-out pedophile but also spent the past 3 years on the site constantly cheating, ban evading, and just in general being a scourge to the site.

On the other hand, all Riot did was be extremely opinionated and try to get the revenue stripped. He didn't do anything worth calling the cops on him, and even if he was very rash at times and lashed out at people a lot, often in the wrong way, he's dedicated a lot of time to the site to moderating and just contributing. Comparatively, he's not so bad. Still unacceptable actions, but we've let worse back on. If you can't bring yourself to give him another chance, then hey, that's cool, it's your site and he tried to harm it despite what you've done for him in the past. If you can, he might be worth a chance. If you doubt his sincerity you can always keep an eye on him.
