When you joined EpicMafia, did you bother to go to the rules page and memorize every single scenario for every single violation? Don't tell me yes because I know you'd be lying. You've been playing on this site for a while now and to be quite honest you're not that much better than any new person who joins. I'm not saying this just to harass you, you need to realize how moronic you sound right now. You're arguing with the administrator of the website in a petty argument that you obviously will not win. once you have enough points to join the competition and runf or a trophy, you can no longer be considered "new".

but players with less than the requirement can still be "new"

also, does anyone remember that gamethrowing requires intent? moderators should be able to use their intuition just by how the player talks(banned user tells are important here) to see if there was intent or not. a new player will not know any better, so its not GT, but a note is there in case it happens again.

why not just make people read the whole rules page first before even playing?

then there'd be no excuse for game throwing, or trolling, or copied mechanics, or any other thing.

in fact, i doubt most new players even know where to FIND the rules page, let alone read all of it.

give them a note or slap on the wrsit once and they may do it again. give them a day suspension and i very highly doubt they'd make the same mistake twice, if they truly intend to learn.

tbqh if i started a new site and they suspended me before i got addicted id just quit it immediately, i understand why a note is good here. maybe a PM just in case i dont check up on the report, or a post on my wall. that way i dont get turned off from it and never come back.
