The vio should be clarified, and a list of words be made in the Rules which are banned, not some random topic no-one can find if there is one. I've also been slipped a completely unfair report spam because I refuse to have an opinion on homosexual, positive or negative. People should be able to appeal a report spam vio once, and to be able to request a mod of their choice to look at the case and not be afraid of being given another report spam vio for appealing it. or simply getting it closed by another bully mod.

Considering the fact that you couldn't come up with a counter to my post, mission accomplished. Also for report spam you 1. appealed to your HC vio with the logic that everyone was lying about being offended. Also you called Jupiter out for being a bad mod because he sustained your vio. Then you report Jupiter for being a bad mod, which arkk dismisses then you report him again for supposedly giving you two vios, which would've shown up in the moderators recent activity, but oh look only one vio appeared. Now 3 appeals on a just vio is report spam, you got rejected in the first appeal end of story. It's like going and screaming at the management because you didn't get accepted into school because of low grade. When having the grades pointed out you blame the person that checked the test. And if that wasnt enough you go on to report arkk for "blatantly dismissing your appeal" and report Jupiter and arkk again for mod abuse. When kino checks your appeal and warns you again, you go on a forum and wall rant about how kino arkk and jupiter are corrupt mods. 5 reports in less than 2 hours. #CaseClosed.

Sam's points are generally backed up by things like 'Mods are bullies' or 'mods are biased'. Hardly any of his reasons are tangible counterarguments to him deserving his violations. His reasoning is built upon assumptions rather than facts for the most part.
Furthermore he used more than one slur across the reports. Just the two games in https://epicmafia.com/topic/63438 show this. The idea that he wasn't using the slurs in question offensively doesn't match up with him literally saying someone is on the (censored) page in one of those games.
You can try to argue with sam all you want, but his argument was a rickety mess in the first place. As long as he doesn't make an actual point about his violations to refute you'll never get to have a real discussion about this.
Oh and also I got an IC vio for saying the word once, and the mod that gave it was a friend of mine, so stop calling the mods that gave you vios biased because i won't even bother counting how many times you said it.

the mods have failed to give reasons why I should have my report spam vio, yet nothing has changed. That is the one vio which is 100% undeserved. Who knows of a fair unbaised mod to aid me?
