Both showed a clear understanding of comp/ranked so it was ok, nothing wrong with modding sandbox players.

There's only a problem if they are being modded /because/ or partly because they are from sandbox, which not sure if it's the case but it could be. Hopefully not!

I know absolutely nothing about Kino.

That said, nothing is wrong with a sandbox player as long as they 1. Are an established member of the community (Ie. Not a probable banned user) 2. Understand the game well enough to mod the reports
