It's like if ou had a tub of yellow paint and then put in some blue paint and it turned green - te not the yellow pairs fault it turned green its the blue paints fault (or whoever added te bluebpait)
To be fair to white people, racism wouldn't exist if the only kind of person was a white person so it's not really fair to blame white people for something they didn't create

You're thinking too literally about the terms majority/minority, in sociology the term minority can be applied to groups who wield a minority of social power, a category women fall into.
That's why women are included under the blanket of GSM, gender and sexual minorities.
