That's like a crazy hard question to answer. Worst mods of all time? Out of my scope. Worst mods under my administration? Well technically bernin. He didn't cause the horror that some of you did, but you were good at mod duties, and actually did them. So with so many dimensions of bad it's hard to pick a worst.
Ucklar is a terrible, power abusing, irresponsible mod and I always wanted to demod him when the mod team got stable after ~teh cataclysm~
