They did not really give him time to come back. If he was AFK or had an issue, D2 was about two minutes long. They should have waited. It also does not seem like there was any reason for him to GRS based on the game.

i think this should be either a no vio or a note, but nothing worse. i'm leaning towards a note though.

blue3 is being reported for insufficient participation and/or game related suicide

1. GRS
its definitely not grs because town wasn't in a terribly bad position d2, all they needed was a good hammer. its not like they were in any kind of autoloss. i don't think it was an intentional veg, unless blue3 was gamethrowing, but that's not what this report is about.

2. ISP
the ISP rule says 'violation may also be applied if a user causes a loss due to a lack of game-related effort.'. blue3 did cause town to lose d2 by vegging in a 3 way, leaving 1 maf and 1 town member left. all he had to do was hammer. i'd say blue3 should get a note here, just to let him know that he should be more careful and make sure he'll be able to participate in the whole game when playing ranked. the only reason i'm not voting no vio is because blue3 did cause a loss. if he was cop/gs and vegged n1, he would not have necessarily caused a loss, the game could still carry on. although, if it is his first veg/suicide in a ranked game, i can see why people might argue for a no vio verdict.

REASON: first ever sui, if I could see alts that would help. My defintion of ISP is older and different and I don't think he isped at all. I think his comp died or he had to go and just well ... no ISP d1.

It is his first suicide. Probably just a note or no vio.

Town still had a chance to win and it was a 50/50 shot, I don't see a reason why he would just quit on purpose so I think it's definitely not a violation. Town wasn't at a disadvantage.
It would be either a no vio or a note so it won't happen again in the future. I am going to no vio it though.

I am waiting for an actually good report to come up. Like I have one, but it is too obvious to put a verdict on. I will remessage once NCRAW picks one.
