This line made me think that Pinche might be speaking to KorbenDallas implicitly. KorbenDallas told him to stop speaking ill of LGBTQ people, and that might caused Pinche to say this.


I would probably only give a note however.

>again, not a personal attack of any kind. although KorbenDallas did not call pinche homophobic, she commented on something she believes KorbenDallas said. it's not hate speech or harassment to comment on things that people say in game.

tl:dr: it's a no vio from me because there's no actual evidence of harassment or hateful comments in that game. the only comments pinche made that are 'possibly reportable' are just her reactions to being accused of using hate speech. although pinche could have been slightly less crude in her rhetoric, she did not make any personal attacks towards anyone.

so from that game here are pinche's lines which might have caused KorbenDallas to report, and i'll explain why i think this should be a no vio.

pinche: shady why the do you have a gay rainbow flag on your avi
>this is not a personal attack on anyone, and the comment was not directed to KorbenDallas. in fact, shady responds to this by saying 'it is a gay rainbow flag he's right'. this comment does not concern KorbenDallas, and hence has no relevance in this report (because KorbenDallas is accusing pinche of harassment/hateful comments towards them, not shady). not only does the comment not concern KorbenDallas, but the person involved (shady) had no issue with it, so this has nothing to do with anything.

After pregame there was not much talk between and the game went on normally without too much concern. During pregame he was asked to stop and did not stop till the actual game. I would note the user for hatespeech but i think no vio should be given as it did not disrupt the games content.

I do not think it is severe enough for a violation. But the player was asked to stop and it did seem to bother the player and this person did not stop. I would note it and move on to hope the player does not do it again.

Would be a no vio from my point. It's not severe enough, but I don't know if there are other situations involved with this where he got harassed multiple times in multiple games, if that would be the case then it would get noted...

Also you can't really say minor vio / major vio
( well ok you can say it but you get what I mean )

Btw a vio = a vio no matter how you look at it,
if you get 8 vios then you are banned wether they are 8 minor vios or 8 major ones...

if it was d1> only then it was still not severe. and there was like a tiny bit in the beginning but then the game went on normally with no problems.

I think just a minor vio for calling KorbenDallas a "f dumb b//itch". There are other ways to clarify that it wasn't a hateful comment.

I think it falls under hate speech at first and then becomes harassment, collectively. A warning feels appropriete for a Comp Game. PInche does have a Note for Spamming w/in 10 days, but this is separate. The convo goes from pregame into d1> I think that it actually follows format for the Violation, especially when he calls her a B.

this one just makes no sense? hate speech would require context and actual "severe" hate whereas Pinche is gay and said nothing hateful so that is thrown out. and, harassment is clearly stated as REPEATED attacks - he may have been asked to stop but he only said one thing and was just reiterating that it was in no way hate speech and didn't want that accusation to be tied to him (as one shouldnt want).

This works for now, but yeah just for coding it would be best to have them annoymous, I think people will do fine with this in the open for now.

you could make them message their report/verdict to you and then tally up

It would be helpful if the Jurors couldn't see each other's votes until a verdict is reached if it does get coded.

Try to only give one comment for your reasons, until I make a line for secondary comments. This way we don't influence each other too much initially. Yes, you can change your vote later on.

I dont think the first example worked. But yes try it again and see if it does. That last one, the user ended up getting banned for username
