he is right doe, insurance foots bills and martin gave away that pill several times if insurance didnt, and this capital was used for drug development - martin said himself that daraprim was a dubious medication that should b used as a last resort and he was looking to develop a better alternative iirc

when ppl insult martin they often hyperbolize it
