My previous post was deleted, presumably by a mod. I'm reposting this because I'm not gonna be silenced.
A user was wrongfully banned because another user thought their name was that of a Na'zi. The mods, without doing research, banned the user. After being presented with detailed explanation of why the ban is unfair, the mods point blank refused to admit their mistake. Please see attached screenshots in chronological order. To Nathan, Dag, introverted, ErzaScarlet, JonSnow, Bebop and Liam: please witness how your peer ignored an epicmafia user who was wrongfully reported
Stop making suppositions that might denigrate moderators, as these suppositions may discourage moderators from reading a complain and players may feel ignored by moderators. This usually ends up in the complain not being considered, leaving a bunch of quarrels without finding a compromise nor a solution.

Actually I'm just a history major. Von Papen was, factually, a N'azi. That is why he was at Nuremberg. Should you be banned for naming yourself after Von Papen? I don't think so. Was he a N'azi? Most certainly.
get off your high horse you f'ucking c'unt. it's obvious that Apropos recruited you to suck his d'ick and support his decision. your claims are false. Von Papen was not a Na'zi.

As a history major who has been invited to speak at honors conferences, let me just tell you that Von Papen was a N'azi.
If you want to make an argument that some N'azis weren't bad people, then okay, Schindler was a N'azi too.
If the rule is that you can't name yourself after a N'azi, this report was handled adequately. You'd probably troll a lot better trying to name yourself after Schindler, and saying that he's the hero of the movie.
I hope this has helped, and also made me look smart.

They should at least read up about him and see that he was in fact, not a and oppossed hitler after. Even if this user is banned the alt shouldnt be banned, because the report result implies any german official from 30 years around that time period is a . Should be NV

I actually read the linked articles about the man, and he seemed very much against na'zis and what they stood for. But he's a german politician around the time of ww2 so he MUST be a na'zi..... riiiight?
I don't think Apropos actually read the pages. Not surprising though.. this tends to happen a lot: Mod makes a mistake, refuses to be swayed/ go back on it/change their opinion as they are too "dug in" already / have a huge ego. (why would somebody be a mod unless they were already full of themselves)
This nickname is 100% appropriate and should be allowed to used. Moderators like Apropos and charley should be demoded for constantly abusing their powers
Apropos, a mod, is not only guilty of mod abuse, but trolling and harassment on top of it. Technically Apropos is not guilty of HATEFUL COMMENTS (HC) because Germans are not exactly a race, and banning isn't commenting, but the case can be made that on top of harassment (false accusations of nazism), trolling (banning & additionally abusing FranzVonPapen in PM) and mod abuse (banning a runner who wasn't breaking any rules) Apropos's actions should be looked into as HATEFUL ACTIONS (HA) because it somewhat fits the bill. Incidentally his willfully ignorant comments in this thread may qualify for HATEFUL COMMENTS (HC) so make that 4 charges.
Saying that all Germans are na'zis is trolling at best. It's wildly inappropriate ethno-nationalism at worst. Apropos, I understand if your grandparents were victims of Hitler or WWII, or whatever, but there is blatant evidence of your wrongdoing and you should really own up to your mistake instead of just dodging the issue and trolling the thread. With great power comes great responsibility.
Are you man enough to own up to your mistakes and comment on your actions?
