Approximately 8 days ago, Caroline wrongfully gave Tiffiduliu a 'Game throwing violation'
Tiffiduliu hipfired the Lawyer within 3 seconds of day start.
Apparently, Hipfiring the mafia correctly is Gamethrowing if you do it 3 seconds after gamestart, in carolines eyes.
But in my opinion, if you hipfire correctly then that is not gamethrowing. It is only gamethrowing if you hipfire wrongly. It only hurts town if you hipfire wrong.
What you noobs dont understand is that it shouldn't always be trolling in either heart and it shouldn't always be gt. Some hipfires are just hipfires. Some are grudge shots. Like some guys hipfire me specifically. Some times they bypass the vio by asking me to claim and then shooting me. As soon as game starts they ask me to claim. It can easily be judged when a person is throwing and when trolling. It should not be objective. Freaking noob mods working like a binary reader bot.
I find myself agreeing with Edark yet again. How can someone be guilty of gamethrowing if the game hasn't been thrown? While hipfiring like that should be a vio of some sort, intentionally forcing the game to a loss doesn't seem like the right one when the game wasn't lost. That's like putting someone in jail for murder when their victim survived.
A more harsh trolling vio would make much more sense in this situation. That being said, it does state in the rules that hipfiring is moderated as GTing. It's not like it's a big secret.

The funniest thing I've seen is a while was someone rolling sheriff, hipfiring Gerry 1 second into the game and then immediately suiciding
I personally think hipfire should count as trolling since it could yield positive results and I dont think people hipfire with the intent of losing the game. In most examples that I've seen people tend to try and win the game regardless if it hits town.
But we mods discussed it and it was decided to count as GT so there we go. Its not that important really since you would've gotten a violation regardless.

In real life, if the mafia break into your house, then your initial reaction will be to hipfire them with your shotgun. At night, when the Tracker visits the Granny, the Granny hipfires the Tracker, do they not? Why should daytime Hipfires be any different?
I always hipfire day 1 on the basis that if they're unlucky enough to get shot that early then they're probably just gonna lose town the game eventually anyway
