Yes, hipfiring is moderated under Gold Games caroline but in the rules, it's only gamethrowing if you hipfire incorrectly which Tiffiduliu did NOT. If you hipfire correctly then it is not gamethrowing. It only counts if you hipfire wrongly. You misinterpreted the rules caroline.
