In the course of gaming history we needed someone to stop "the poopers" for all gamers. Thankfully the people organized and made the "Mod Team". After years of peacefulness in the community we have noticed patterns of where Moderators get reported and committed unlawful acts in the EpicMafia community and gets no consequences. Here is proposal to stop this corrupted system in the EpicMafia community.
There will be three groups: The People, The Moderators, The Jurors.
Rule # 2: The Moderators have the powers to lawfully give violations to whomever has committed unlawful acts. However Moderators cannot Moderate other moderators.
Rule # 3: The Jurors have powers to lawfully give violations to ONLY Moderators that have committed unlawful acts.
Rule # 4: The People have the power to impeach*/elect* The Moderators and The Jurors.
Rule # 5 : Individuals who becomes a Moderator or Juror only can stay in power for 1 year.
I just want to make this community the best around. Please discuss below and how can this draft improve and PM me. Please this sign the petition if you support this.
Ooh, black and yellow! Let's shake it up a little.
Barry! Breakfast is ready!
Ooming!
Hang on a second.
Hello?
- Barry? - Adam?
- Oan you believe this is happening? - I can't. I'll pick you up.
Looking sharp.
Use the stairs. Your father paid good money for those.
Sorry. I'm excited.
Here's the graduate. We're very proud of you, son.
A perfect report card, all B's.
Very proud.
Ma! I got a thing going here.
- You got lint on your fuzz. - Ow! That's me!
- Wave to us! We'll be in row 118,000. - Bye!
Barry, I told you, stop flying in the house!
- Hey, Adam. - Hey, Barry.
- Is that fuzz gel? - A little. Special day, graduation.
Never thought I'd make it.
Three days grade school, three days high school.
Those were awkward.
Three days college. I'm glad I took a day and hitchhiked around the hive.
You did come back different.
- Hi, Barry. - Artie, growing a mustache? Looks good.
- Hear about Frankie? - Yeah.
- You going to the funeral? - No, I'm not going.

Anyway it's a given that admins often aren't effective deterrents to mod corruption because in the past they've been complicit with and helped to bury or downplay mod corruption. However adding additional tiers to the system doesn't really in any way shape or form reduce the problem, you'll just end up with corrupt individuals in the next layer.
Stop worrying about corruption on a mafia site tbh, it's not worth the energy.
hello, trustable person. i am putting you on guard to watch someone who i've made a moderator who i do not trust, because as a wise admin i mod people i dont trust. therefore you, as a watchman, will look after their choices and let me know if they're any good. its not like i have other trustable mods, coadmins, or ANYTHING to advise me on this moderators choices right? OF COURSE NOT
putting trust in more people outside of the moderators creates more room for possible corruption, as trustable people on this site is unlikely in conjunction with being wise about the rules
