Not even a chess clickbait. I haven't read the pastebin (http://pastebin.com/ufTNVPWc) yet, but this is interesting. I wanna give y'all a fist-bump, 'cause they seemed pretty sketch, but also have some questions.
Why is the charge "excessive meta abuse"? What does that mean, exactly, in this context? That they gave up when against each other, or played to each others' win conditions, consistently? Are y'all confident that these games are representative of their play in recent rounds, and not cherrypicked or anything?
Why the 2 month ban? Why not investigate all the games, 'cause clearly this is a serious paste and ban?
In all seriousness, I'm sort of undecided now since from your posts in this thread it seems this was better thought out than I initially judged. I think the pastebin itself was a little weak but maybe I'll look into some games and see for myself.

Unban burtonx and I'll change my all-important vote in Snowflake's thread to a "No."

The truth is that a moderator/s will probably step down if they get unbanned, even if some of the moderating team think they're innocent. They're probably having a domestic dispute.

like i said i don't believe that there are explicit mechanics which they use to read each other, and like i said i don't think that meta abuse is confined to that definition yes, yehet and kind people who plussed this post, you caught me. i've strong-armed a sweep of bans to satisfy my ego and keep myself from crying to sleep at night over the time that i waste on epicmafia if you want to write up every round game of all ten players to confirm a pattern to continue be my guest i never claimed that you always read each other correctly, i'm talking about a regular play style of reads which are far more often than not correct and boil down to meta over game content
ABUSE OF META BY RUSE? MORE LIKE ABUSE OF POWER BY MODS

i don't think a family of 15 ever had multiple games of 5 people in it where they used heavy meta in each game, so much so that the mafia in each game never won when one of them was mafia, once.
These bans are so ridiculous. There have been so many groups of players that had heavy meta on each other in the past. They never role-shared so they shouldn't be banned.
Meta abuse is banking the game of meta, which I have literally never seen happen while playing with my family. We read each other from the way we talk/vote, not OMG THIS PERSON DIDNT DIE, IM NOT MAFIA
I've clearly suspected my ruse members as scum in many games when they were not, doesn't this contradict what you're saying because my reads were wrong
So let me get this straight, just because a mod spent hours making a pastebin you automatically have to ban our entire family because otherwise it'd be a waste of effort and you'd feel bad for him?

good work everybody :D

Jesus, why do you think they can read each other better than they "should be able to"? Does the paste show that they have mechanics that can be used to clear each other as town?
