Watch out! Stalkers and spies on the loose. Be careful though, these cops don't always know what they are talking about. Tips: If caught, claim that the cop is absolutely insane and that you were just watching and did nothing wrong. Another alternative would be to just flat out call the cop claim a fool or insist they have a motive, and if asked to claim, simply tell them that private information is private. If you put up a good enough argument, you may not have to sit in jail overnight for no good reason (good luck though, odds are you'll have to spend a night there.. these jailers are out to get you!). Town must be careful because the information given, specifically police reports, are not always credible.
