Removed buggy roles like paralazyer ,warlock and mm.
All town roles are effective.

Yes Cthulhu has a very low chance to win since the last 3rd party must be cult, also that cult must stay alive.
I have never seen cthulhu wins in random games.
But he still has a chance to win.

But on the other hand many ppl find cthulhu a fun role and they prefer cthullu over an power role like doc.

So i need more comments about cthulu if ppl wants to remove it from my setup
