A major celebrity is in town, just as the killings start. One of the cops insist she's the cause, while the other says he found her to be innocent. A bystander speculates that she may have been framed. Something's not quite right about this town...

This setup basically revolves around cop, para cop, celeb, and framer, which a doc to add strategic strength to the town, and two 3p to spice things up a bit. :)
