- Starts with a knife.
- As long as they don't use the knife, each night Occultist can choose someone to sacrifice to the Great Old Ones.
- When Occultist reaches 3 sacrifices one of the players in game other than Occultist turns into Cthulhu.
- Occultist may use the knife during day to make a sacrifice. Stabbed person will die as a normal knife stab unless saved.
- Cthulhu always will be summoned at 3 sacrifices, regardless of whether Occultist is alive at the time or not.
- If Occultist sacrifices virgin, summoning happens immediately.
- Wins only if Cthulhu wins.
