Talking has nothing to do with the vote. Mafia can easily pose as baby and try to lead a lynch also, but this role is just full retarded.

Welp this could be good in a randomized setup kinda game but as masta said, it's a little OP in a fixed setup.

very extreme and a little op since town can just say 'vote for the mafia and we will follow you' but then again it's not like the mafia can claim baby and just not talk :P
