It could save one person 100%, or up to x amount of people total. For each additional person saved, the chance to save goes down, and a small chance to kill them (accidental constriction due to focusing on multiple people) rises. :D

More than one save would make more sense if it had some sort of consequence with it.

it should be a doctor who can save two people per night (8 tentacles though 8 is OP) OR maybe a doc that can self-save
