-Knows everyone's identity from the beginning of the game.
-Can view all meetings at night.
-Sees all whispers
-Wins if last alive, among the final two or no one is alive
-Omniscient's win cancels out all other wins
-Does not leave a will upon death
-If there are multiple Omniscient then they can talk to each other at night but if they are both alive at the end of the game neither of them win.
